We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into company databases and systems
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
Update and maintain records, spreadsheets, and documents
Organize and file digital and physical documents
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with administrative tasks when needed
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
