What You'll Do:

Qualys: Serves as a lead for IT Servers/ End Point Solutions team in identifying, assessing, & mitigating security vulnerabilities within the organization’s IT infrastructure using Qualys tools & services. Key duties include:

• Reviewing vulnerability scans, analyzing security reports, prioritizing risks, & recommending remediation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards & minimize cyber threats.

• Integrating security tools with infrastructure automation to enhance efficiency.

• Developing mitigation strategies & collaborating with IT security teams to align security efforts with business goals.

• Utilizing scripting via PowerShell, VBScript, batch, command line, Intune, & SCCM to implement security remediations across enterprise systems.

• Perform necessary duties in Qualys on virtualized endpoint platforms including AWS & AVD.

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager & Microsoft Intune Packaging Specialist: Serves as a lead for IT Servers/ End Point Solutions team to build, maintain, & deploy application packages for Enterprise SCCM/Intune service. Key duties include:

• Installing, configuring, & administering hardware/software independently across multiple technology domains, including, network administration, server administration, information security, network connectivity, & SAN administration.

• Evaluating, selecting, adapting, & modifying standard procedures related to SCCM/Intune packaging & deployment.

• Leading technical integration efforts across various enterprise systems & applications.

• Performing tasks between SCCM/Intune & other applications or platforms to ensure seamless functionality.

• Providing IT consultations, assessments, & strategic guidance to DAS, Boards & Commissions, & State agencies regarding application packaging & ongoing support.

• Perform necessary application packaging duties for endpoints on virtualized platforms including AWS & AVD.

Software Asset Administration: Serves as lead for IT Services in managing the Adobe Administration Console. Key duties include:

• Developing & maintaining custom utilities & reports to automate processes & improve efficiency.

• Assists program areas & Boards & Commissions with Adobe Creative Cloud annual renewals.

-Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
