Audit Manager - Digital Assets/Crypto

On behalf of our client, an international audit firm, Personnel 2000 are recruiting for an experienced Audit Manager to join their growing Digital Assets/Crypto team. The successful candidate must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills to allow them to build strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities:

Audit planning and recognition of significant audit risks

Following of audit plan and execution of audit procedures to address audit risks

Calculating audit material and performing and reviewing substantive audit tests on material balances

Performing control tests on client systems

Valuing different investment types and vehicles

Identifying and analysing discrepancies and errors

Preparing and reviewing financial statements for compliance with IFRS and US GAAP

Requirements:

Internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA etc.)

Minimum of 5 years audit experience in an external audit firm with experience auditing Cayman digital asset structures

Excellent understanding of accounting standards (IFRS & US GAAP)

Understanding of the digital structures in the Cayman Islands

Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting of audits

Excellent knowledge of crypto and digital assets with a desire to learn further
