The Performance Marketing Manager is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing and optimizing Hibu's paid acquisition engine across search, social, display, and other performance channels. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving high-quality inbound demand, improving lead-to-revenue conversion, and maximizing return on marketing investment.
Reporting to the AVP of Performance Marketing, you will own day-to-day campaign execution, including testing, performance analysis, and strategic input across multiple channels. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where measurable results matter. You are comfortable operating across the full funnel, from audience targeting and creative testing to pipeline impact and cost efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other performance channels
Manage day-to-day budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize efficiency and return on ad spend
Drive high-quality inbound lead growth with accountability to pipeline contribution, lead quality, CAC, and revenue impact
Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps, including audience, creative, landing page, and channel experimentation
Analyze campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly; surface insights and recommend data-driven optimizations
Partner closely with Sales to monitor lead quality, conversion rates, demo show rates, and downstream performance
Collaborate with Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across channels
Identify and scale new growth opportunities while maintaining performance guardrails
Support forecasting and budget planning efforts with performance insights and trend analysis
Ensure campaigns align with brand, messaging, and segmentation strategies Competencies and Critical Skills:
Deep expertise in performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital acquisition channels
Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to connect campaign performance to pipeline impact, CAC, and revenue contribution
Experience building and executing structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, landing pages, and channels
Proficiency with marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CRM reporting, etc.)
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and downstream sales impact
Ability to manage budgets responsibly and optimize toward efficiency and ROI
Highly detail-oriented with comfort working in spreadsheets and large data sets
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate performance insights into clear recommendations
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment Experience and Qualifications: Required/ Preferred:
4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation roles, with demonstrated ownership of paid media campaigns Required
Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital acquisition channels Required
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform budget allocation, testing, and performance optimization Required
Experience improving lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution Required
Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CRM platforms, attribution tools) Required
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales and Analytics teams Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Required
