Front Desk Receptionist /Office CSR. We are only looking for A+ talent!

Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. Your main responsibility is setting up appointments via outbound calling. However, you will also welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer incoming phone calls and emails, schedule meetings, and assist us with other operations as needed. Again, the majority of the job revolves around phone calls/texts and scheduling appointments.

You must be organized and have the ability to stay on task.

$52,000 - $60,000Responsibilities:

Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries

Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information

Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success

Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures

Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when neededQualifications:

Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills

Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations

Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent

3+ years of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferredAbout Company
