Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to support the assembly of advanced electronic and mechanical systems in a high-quality manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read schematics and blueprints, and hands-on experience with soldering and cable harnessing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assemble cables, harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, and mechanical subassemblies

Perform hand soldering and compression connections

Route and assemble long cable harnesses (up to 4 miles)

Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wire lists, and specifications

Make setups and adjustments while holding tight tolerances

Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble units as needed

Inspect and verify work to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of cable assembly or electronic assembly experience

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Experience with soldering tools, hot tweezers, calipers, tape measures

IPC-620 certification preferred

Soldering certification preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Good visual acuity and ability to distinguish colors

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
