We are currently looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team at the entry level. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a clear path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with new customers and build meaningful relationships

• Present and demonstrate AT&T products and services to customers

• Manage and track performance within an assigned sales territory

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor customer interactions and sales activity

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings

• Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing the sale

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a growth mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• 0–3 years of customer-facing experience preferred

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: In-person (Chicagoland residential territories)

Industry: Telecommunications – AT&T TV, Internet & Phone Services

Sales Model: Face-to-face residential sales within assigned territories
