Shifts: Days or Nights Available (Rotating Weekends Required)Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic acute care team in a hospital setting. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care services, responding to emergencies, and supporting patients requiring advanced airway and ventilator management.Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient respiratory assessments, including breath sound analysis and airway evaluation

Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy

Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation

Assist with artificial airway placement and management

Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed

Respond to emergency and resuscitation situations

Assist with transport of ventilator-dependent patients

Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progressQualifications & Requirements

Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

Active State Respiratory Therapist License

Associate Degree in Respiratory Care (required)

Current BLS certification

ACLS certification

PALS certification

NRP certification

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferredCompensation & Incentives

$24.93 – $33.59 per hour (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential: $2.33 per hour

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
