ANELLO's SIPHOG™ gyroscope is based on its patented photonic integrated circuit technology. We are building Navigation Systems with this technology that are high performance, much smaller size, weight, and power, at a fraction of the cost of traditional systems used in industrial, aerospace and military applications. It enables reliable and accurate navigation and positioning across many autonomous applications in GPS-Challenged environments for air, land, and sea. ANELLO is currently shipping product with various market-leading customers in the Construction, Farming, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Autonomous Vehicles in Commercial and Defense segments. We are a well funded ~30 person company planning for increase in production across multiple products.

Job Summary:

ANELLO is seeking an individual who will take pride in owning materials management for multiple products we have at different stages of new product development, through prototype into production at scale. As ANELLO’s Materials Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and quality of materials to support our cutting-edge technology from NPI in our labs to oversight and support at local CMs. We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented individual with a strong background in supply chain management and materials planning. Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain materials planning and supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials for production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements and forecast demand to support production schedules.

Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.

Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Work with engineering teams to identify alternative materials and suppliers to support cost reduction initiatives.

Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate material status, potential issues, and action plans.

Utilize project management tools and techniques to track and manage materials-related tasks and timelines.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to anticipate potential impacts on materials supply and availability.

Help with transition from manually driven processes to scalable, software-based workflows by adoption of ERP and PLM systems.

Requirements:

Minimum BS degree In Engineering, Materials Science (or related).

Minimum of 5 Years of experience in materials management, supply chain mgmt, or related.

Strong understanding of materials sourcing, procurement, and inventory management processes.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to materials management, such as iso 9001 or rohs Compliance.

Self-motivated to learn new technologies and a passion for cross-functional interactions in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Background in Silicon Photonics or other optical products

Experience and/or interest in autonomous navigation applications
