Architectural Manager

Salary Range: $80K - $105K Permanent Position with Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 and up to $5,000 for Relocation Expenses Columbus, Ohio area Architectural Firm is looking for an Architectural Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day communication between client and internal staff members to ensure that the needs or concerns of the client are addressed during all phases of the project.

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Architecture / Architectural Design Preferred Candidates would be Registered Architects, however, NO Registration is required for this position Minimum of (10) years of hands-on commercial construction experience Proficient with AutoCAD and / or Revit drafting and having experience / knowledge of Building Codes Previous experience with architectural detailing, millwork detailing and construction documents Foundational knowledge of MEP systems and having the ability to coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants Capable of proposal preparation and handling negotiations Directing Project Managers while maintaining overall project budgets and schedules Coordinate with the accounting department to complete client billings per the contract Conduct physical inspections and oversee quality audits Train, mentor and promote the professional development of architects, designers and project managers Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
