What You'll Do:
Managing the survey function
Preparing estimates and writing proposals
Scheduling of the survey crews
Determining the most appropriate data collection method
Field data preparation, record research, processing the field data, verifying the accuracy of survey data, survey calculations
Managing the base mapping process, preparing plats and easements
Ensuring the safety of the surveys crews
Maintaining equipment
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of related work experience
Current LSIT, Ohio P.S. license is preferred
Experience managing and directing less experienced staff
Proven track record of increasing levels of responsibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Management experience of land development projects
GIS and laser scanning experience
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D needed, Trimble product experience helpful
Must be able to work with others in a team environment
Salary Range:
The minimum salary for this position is $75,000.00. Actual salary is based on the circumstances of each position and candidate, such as geographic location, skills, and certifications.
