The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to programming schedules, advertising contracts, listener databases, and internal records. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day station operations.
Key Responsibilities;
Input and update program schedules in the broadcast system
Maintain advertiser and sponsorship records
Enter and track advertising contracts and payments
Update listener databases and mailing lists
Organise and manage digital files and documentation
Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies
Generate basic reports as requested by management
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Skills & Qualifications;
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
High typing accuracy and speed
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications;
Experience working in media, broadcasting, or advertising
Familiarity with CRM systems or broadcast scheduling software
Basic understanding of financial record-keeping
