About the Role

In this contingent role, you will contribute to large-scale, high-impact software engineering initiatives. You will work across complex technical challenges, evaluate multi-dimensional problems, and provide strategic insight that supports long-term engineering goals. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

You will partner closely with client teams to assess requirements, define technical approaches, and support the delivery of solutions that meet organizational standards for quality, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Consult on complex engineering initiatives involving large-scale systems, long-term planning, and strategic technical decision-making.

Review and evaluate multi-faceted software engineering challenges, including those with intangible, ambiguous, or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex issues by applying a deep understanding of engineering principles, processes, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to define needs, recommend solutions, and support strategic technology initiatives.Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.Preferred Skills
