Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday)

Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile QA Automation Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks for mobile applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple concurrent releases.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium

4+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks

3+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development

Proficiency in Java 8+ and object-oriented programming languages

Experience with mobile testing frameworks including XCUI and/or Espresso

Working knowledge of Kotlin and Swift programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the financial services or trading technology industry

Advanced expertise with Sauce Labs Real Device Cloud, parallel execution, and platform optimization

Deep understanding of test framework design patterns (Singleton, Page Object Model, etc.)

Proficiency with TestNG/JUnit 5 advanced capabilities and Maven/Gradle build automation

Experience with industry-standard tools for defect tracking and test case management (JIRA, Azure Test Manager, Zephyr, Quality Center)

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple geographically distributed QA projects with concurrent release cycles

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile test automation frameworks

Create and execute automated test scripts for iOS and Android applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards across the software development lifecycle

Optimize test execution through parallel testing and cloud-based device farms

Mentor team members on automation best practices and design patterns
