Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
Strong experience in Oracle HCM configuration, specifically with Core HR modules.
Prior experience implementing Cloud HCM Core Module and Help Desk.
Experience performing Quarterly Patch impact analysis and validation.
Hands-on experience with multi-region / multi-country Oracle HCM configuration and administration.
Expertise in customizations, including:
DFFs and EFFs
Report customizations
Defining concurrent programs
Value sets
Form functions
Functional setups
Experience conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and performing fit-gap analysis.
Prior experience working with Journeys.
Strong expertise in workflow development, implementation, and customization.
Familiar with full project lifecycle, with hands-on exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with Oracle SR processes for issue resolution and escalation.
Familiarity with the HCM-ADP connector (added advantage). Nice to Have
Knowledge of ORC, Talent, and Compensation modules.
Experience implementing, managing, provisioning, and troubleshooting HCM security.
Prior experience migrating to Redwood pages.
