Scrum Master III

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Salary: $67.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master III

MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably in enterprise-scale organizations.

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and servant leadership principles.

Experience building and interpreting dashboards in Power BI to track velocity, throughput, cycle time, and other Agile KPIs.

Experience managing multiple Agile teams or working in a scaled Agile environment

Familiarity with Power Automate and CoPilot to enhance team productivity and reporting.

Proficiency in Azure DevOps for Agile planning and execution
