About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the design, development, and implementation of complex software components and applications.

Ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.

Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and performance.

Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, APIs, and operational procedures.

Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.

Ensure applications meet stringent standards for security, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra).

Proven expertise in designing secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.

Knowledge of financial messaging protocols is highly desirable.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
