About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect with strong Okta expertise and a deep understanding of security, workflow, and identity management. This role provides architectural leadership, drives delivery of enterprise solutions, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

Strong Okta standards and product knowledge

Expertise in Information Security, SDLC, and Database Systems

Hands-on experience with Identity, Access, and Workflow technologies

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Roles & Responsibilities

Lead planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services

Provide architectural oversight for new and enhanced security solutions

Support design, development, testing, and deployment activities

Recommend and drive automation and process improvements

Ensure system stability and availability across IAM platforms

Act as a multi-disciplinary expert across IAM and security domains

Execute on strategic direction for the business function

Lead complex initiatives and high-visibility programs

Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and productivity
