Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on custom Salesforce development experience to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting Financial Client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine user stories and participate in:
Story estimation
Gap analysis
Feasibility assessments
Partner with Technical Leads to:

Create high-level system design and architecture documentation
Participate in 2-week sprint cycles delivering:
Apex triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows
OmniScripts
Develop Apex test classes ensuring minimum 75% code coverage
Perform code commits, back merges, and conflict resolution using Git
Participate in:
Peer reviews and code reviews
