Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on custom Salesforce development experience to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting Financial Client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

Experience & Core Competencies

3-5 years of custom Salesforce development experience

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Apex

Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable)

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Advanced JavaScript (ES6+)

Modern LWC framework development

SOQL & SOSL

Efficient query writing

Experience handling large data volumes within governor limits

Web Technologies

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Integration & Data Management

APIs

REST API integrations

GraphQL experience (preferred)

Data Modeling

Designing custom objects, relationships, and schema architecture

DevOps & Tools

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine user stories and participate in:

Story estimation

Gap analysis

Feasibility assessments

Partner with Technical Leads to:

Analyze requirements

Create high-level system design and architecture documentation

Participate in 2-week sprint cycles delivering:

Apex triggers

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Flows

OmniScripts

Develop Apex test classes ensuring minimum 75% code coverage

Perform code commits, back merges, and conflict resolution using Git

Participate in:

Peer reviews and code reviews

Bug fixes for testing and production environments

Deployment and release support

Technical documentation

Actively engage in Agile ceremonies:

JAD sessions

Daily stand-ups

Sprint planning

Retrospectives
