Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows platforms (Windows 7, 10)
Support Zoom, networking (LAN/WAN), and enterprise domain infrastructure
Manage and troubleshoot Windows desktop/server OS and Active Directory
Assist with Microsoft Outlook/Messaging and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Perform basic troubleshooting for Citrix, VMware, VDI, and virtualization environments
Provide mobile OS (iOS/Android) application support
Deliver high-quality customer service with ownership through resolution
Collaborate with executive leadership, requiring strong communication and soft skills
Required Skillsets
Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience across Microsoft and networking environments
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
Team player, collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive learner
Ability to support executive leadership with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, iOS, and Android devices
Experience in high-level customer support or VIP/executive support roles
High School Diploma required
