Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $62.00 USD Hourly

Position: Advisor Data Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ month contract

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of experience in programming or data analysis.

Strong background in data administration, repository management, database creation, and data warehousing standards.

Hands-on experience with HEDIS, Health Quality, and PHM data.

Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HEDIS data from claims, medical records, and EHRs.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with security software, domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.

Familiarity with relevant programming languages and relational databases.

Experience configuring and installing operating systems and application software.

Preferred Skills

Ability to stay current with HEDIS specification changes and ensure compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in healthcare data environments and population health initiatives.
