RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, Oregon that is looking for a Supply Planner to support their APLA Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP) team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of transition activities, including system cutovers, new plant enablement (1081/1083/1084/1085), and inventory movements between distribution centers.

Responsibilities:

* Partner closely with Supply Planning, Multinode Operations, Transition Management, and Marketplace Operations to support enabling J30 readiness and stabilization

* Lead DC ramp down/ramp up execution, including inventory transfers, STOs, and inbound Go Live readiness

* Analyze daily/weekly supply and inventory to identify risks

* Manage PO, divert, and inbound volume tracking across legacy and new plant codes (1081, 1083-1085)

* Partner cross functionally to stabilize post-Go Live operations, close execution gaps, and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer

REQUIREMENTS:

* 3+ years of experience in supply and inventory planning

* Advanced data analysis and excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookup, data execution heavy)

* Attention to details

Nice to Haves:

* SAP experience

* Experience with international teams

* Self starter, asks questions as needed, can meet tight timelines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
