Job Details

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot, update, and improve existing PLC programs supporting wastewater treatment systems

Design and build new PLC programs for custom integrations

Develop modular, scalable, and maintainable control architectures

Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross functional teams

Support modernization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 objectives

Contribute ideas that improve system reliability, visibility, and performance

This role is hands on and collaborative. You will work directly with leadership and play an active role in shaping the technical direction of future projects.

What We Are Looking For

Experience programming PLCs in an industrial environment

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize control systems

Familiarity with wastewater treatment controls is a plus

Exposure to Ignition (even less than 1 year is acceptable)

Interest in Industry 4.0, smart systems, and modern integrations

Passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

Strong problem solving mindset and willingness to take ownership
