3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Virtual Agent.

At least 2 full implementations of HRSD with direct experience configuring:

HR Integrations

Agent Workspace

Virtual Agent

Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding)

Experience building integrations with major HR systems, including:

Workday

SAP SuccessFactors

Oracle HCM

PeopleSoft

ADP

Deep technical experience with:

Business Rules

Data Dictionary

UI Actions / UI Policies

Client Scripts

Validation Scripts
