Email Developer (Mid-level)

Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly

Description:

We are seeking a mid-level Email Developer to join our Marketing Operations team. This role is highly technical and focuses on building email templates from scratch, ensuring flawless execution of large-scale email campaigns. You will collaborate closely with growth and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging emails that drive physician engagement with our content.

Key Responsibilities

Email Development:

Build responsive email templates from scratch using HTML.

Ensure templates adhere to email best practices for deliverability and engagement.

Platform Management:

Work within Redpoint Interaction (Customer Data Platform) to build audiences and manage segmentation.

Utilize SQL for pulling queries and validating automated query generation.

Campaign Execution:

Compile content provided by marketers into email templates.

Conduct A/B testing, QA checks, and ensure templates meet performance standards (open rates, conversion rates).

Manage heavy email volume (approx. 40 million emails per month).

Collaboration:

Partner with Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Ad Ops teams.

Interface with QA resources and follow a rigorous QA process before deployment.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in HTML (email development is the core focus).

Basic understanding of SQL for query validation and audience segmentation.

Familiarity with Redpoint Interaction or similar platforms (Marketo, HubSpot experience is a plus).

Marketing Knowledge:

Understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, testing).

Experience:

Mid-level experience in email development and campaign execution.

Comfortable working in high-volume environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
