Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Property / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support property-related administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

• Order necessary office supplies

• Coordinate with vendors, superintendent and building management

• Oversee property-related documentation, records, and rent rolls

• Schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections as needed

• Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities coordination

• Support basic accounting tasks such as invoices, tracking expenses, and records

• Ensure office and property operations run efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office management, property management, or administrative roles preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• English and Mandarin Bilingual

• Ability to work independently

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
