About the Role

In this contingent assignment, you will play a key role in driving complex, high-impact initiatives within Software Engineering. You will evaluate and solve large-scale technical challenges that require deep analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work with ambiguity. This role involves partnering closely with client stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation on complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.

Analyze and assess large-scale, multi-dimensional software engineering challenges requiring evaluation of diverse and sometimes unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex issues by applying strong knowledge of engineering practices, organizational policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements.

Collaborate strategically with client partners to drive alignment, support decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of engineering outcomes.

Support long-term planning efforts for software engineering programs and initiatives.Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of:

Professional work experience

Consulting engagements

Technical training

Military experience
