Key Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition & Ingestion:

Identify and integrate data sources using ETL tools such as SSIS and Alteryx.

Work with data from SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop/Hive, PostgreSQL, Oracle, flat files, Google Cloud Platform, and Snowflake.

Data Optimization:

Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality using advanced data solution techniques.

Automate workflows to ensure timely data delivery.

Architecture & Modeling:

Define data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles including modeling, metadata, security, and reference data.

Create and optimize data models to support business applications.

System Review & Support:

Review and enhance existing data systems for compatibility and performance.

Support the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of SQL Server development experience

1+ years of Python scripting

5+ years of data modeling experience

5+ years of ETL experience

5+ years working with multiple database technologies (SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle)

2+ years of big data experience (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Snowflake)

Expert knowledge of data warehousing

Data model development using ERWIN

Desired Skills:

BI lifecycle management

Working knowledge of Microsoft VBA, HTML, Python
