Job Summary

We are seeking two Digital Channels Leads to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in modern digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise digital solutions using React JS, React Native, and Angular across web and mobile channels.

Drive solution design for hybrid and cross-platform mobile applications; Flutter expertise is a strong plus.

Contribute to and lead "vibe coding" initiatives using specialized tools and product accelerators.

Collaborate with design, content, and engineering teams to create immersive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences.

Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable components, coding patterns, and performance benchmarks.

Lead client workshops, platform evaluations, and digital modernization roadmap efforts.

Integrate front-end solutions with CMS, analytics, and marketing platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal, Optimizely).

Guide development teams on DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native delivery pipelines.Required Skills

8+ years of experience in web and mobile architecture.

Deep hands-on expertise in:

React JS (mandatory)

React Native (mandatory)

Angular (mandatory)

Experience with additional frameworks is a plus:

Flutter, Vue.js, Next.js, Node.js

Strong understanding of:

Headless CMS and DXP platforms

API-first architectures

MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO techniques, and performance optimization.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Strong stakeholder communication and client advisory skills.

Leadership experience guiding engineering teams in complex digital initiatives.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required).

Proven background leading digital channels, platform modernization, or multi-channel experience engineering.

Ability to collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders.
