About the Role

As a contingent Software Engineer, you will support moderately complex engineering initiatives and contribute to key components of large-scale technical projects. You'll apply your technical expertise to analyze challenges, evaluate multiple solution paths, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with evolving requirements, and a solid understanding of engineering best practices, policies, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Participate in and consult on moderately complex software engineering initiatives.

Contribute to planning and execution for large-scale engineering deliverables.

Analyze technical challenges and evaluate options to determine effective solutions.

Assist in resolving moderately complex issues across engineering systems and workflows.

Collaborate closely with client engineering teams and internal stakeholders to meet project goals.

Apply knowledge of engineering processes, standards, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent combination of:

Professional or consulting experience

Technical training

Military experience

Relevant educationLocation

Chandler, Arizona (on-site or hybrid as required by assignment)
