Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environments. This role supports a wide range of technologies including Office 365, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, SAN/NAS, backup solutions, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support complex systems in a 24x7x365 enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support IT projects in alignment with technology services objectives.
Administer and maintain enterprise system architecture solutions.
Provide 24x7x365 support for enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure as needed.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
Prepare and deliver performance reports and growth planning metrics.
Establish and perform regular preventive maintenance activities.
Provide technical support, guidance, and mentorship to staff and contractors.
Work onsite daily (Monday-Friday). Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
OR
High school diploma plus 4+ years of hands-on experience in an enterprise environment with the technologies listed in the Minimum Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications
