About the Role

As a Software Engineer in this contingent assignment, you will work on high-impact, large-scale initiatives that require deep technical expertise and strategic thinking. You will analyze complex engineering challenges, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and provide guidance on technical decisions that influence long-term engineering direction.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation on large-scale, complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.

Review, analyze, and solve multifaceted engineering challenges involving multiple variables, including abstract or unprecedented considerations.

Develop well-reasoned recommendations by evaluating engineering trade-offs, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the resolution of complex technical issues through strong analytical skills and domain expertise.

Partner strategically with client stakeholders, offering insights that support planning, execution, and delivery.Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of:

Professional work or consulting

Technical training

Military experience

Relevant education
