Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Systems Administrator (Systems Administrator I / Systems Engineer) to support our onsite enterprise infrastructure environment. This role involves installing, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting compute, storage, virtualization, and Microsoft-based systems within a 247365 operation. The ideal candidate will support both project-based initiatives and daily operations while adhering to established processes and best practices.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Support system architecture across compute, storage, virtualization, and desktop environments.
Provide on-call/after-hours support as needed in a 247365 environment.
Assist with the implementation of technology projects aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
Generate performance and capacity reports and assist with planning.
Establish and conduct preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
Provide technical guidance to internal teams and contractors.
Participate in data center operations, including hardware installations (rack-and-stack).
Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
OR
High School Diploma plus 2+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience Required Experience (1-2+ years)
