We're seeking a Solutions Engineer who will help shape and streamline the delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into resilient, scalable, and supportable platforms - ensuring rapid delivery without sacrificing stability or performance. What You'll Do:

* As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that business needs are effectively transformed into reliable technology solutions

* Translate business and client needs into practical, scalable technical solutions

* Review project charters, functional and non-functional requirements, and high-level designs to ensure implementation readiness

* Partner with enterprise architecture and cross-functional teams to design efficient, standardized solutions

* Solutions Engineer will provide guidance on resiliency, scalability, and supportability

* Contribute to architectural diagrams and technical documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

You have a strong foundation across infrastructure and application ecosystems, including:

* Network design, architecture, protocols, and topology

* TCP/IP and the OSI model

* Application design patterns and data flow diagrams

* Web servers and load balancers (e.g., Apache, IIS, Nginx, F5, A10)

* Application servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss)

* Database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra)

* Operating systems (e.g., RedHat, CentOS, Windows Server, Solaris, AIX, AS/400)

* Virtualization and container technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker)

* IT and project management fundamentals

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
