About the Role

As a contingent Software Engineering Consultant, you will partner with cross-functional teams to support high-impact, large-scale initiatives. You will apply deep technical expertise to analyze complex engineering challenges, guide decision-making, and contribute to long-term strategic solutions. This role requires the ability to evaluate multifaceted problems, consider ambiguous or unprecedented conditions, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Consult on complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact and long-range technical planning.

Review and assess multi-dimensional software engineering challenges, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative factors.

Contribute to the resolution of intricate issues by applying expert knowledge of engineering practices, policies, compliance standards, and delivery expectations.

Collaborate strategically with client teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful execution of engineering goals.Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or a demonstrated equivalent through:

Professional work or consulting experience

Technical training

Military experience
