About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer / Data Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical expertise in data engineering and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with our technology team to build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and potentially contribute to UI development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using tools like Matillion.

Build and optimize data pipelines leveraging Python, SQL, and AWS services.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business requirements.

Support and enhance existing systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.

(Optional but valuable) Contribute to UI development using Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field (preferred schools: Drexel, Temple, UPenn).

2-5 years of experience in data engineering or development.

Proficiency in:

Python

SQL

ETL tools (Matillion preferred)

AWS cloud services

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Wealth / Asset Management (not mandatory but highly valued).

Exposure to UI development (Node.js, React, etc.).

Familiarity with full-stack development concepts.
