About the Role

In this contingent role, you will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze multifaceted engineering challenges, shape technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

Lead and consult on high-impact engineering initiatives involving complex architectures and long-term strategic planning.

Evaluate and decompose intricate technical problems, considering multiple variables-including ambiguous or unprecedented factors-to recommend effective solutions.

Contribute to decision-making and execution for multi-dimensional engineering issues that require a deep understanding of processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations to advance project goals.

Support solution design and delivery through expert-level engineering analysis and configuration work.Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, demonstrated through professional work, consulting engagements, military service, training, or formal education.

Expert proficiency in Pega configuration with hands-on implementation experience.

Strong Java development experience with the ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex components.
