About the Role

In this contingent role, you will support engineering initiatives by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions. You'll work on moderately complex technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and help drive high-quality execution across software engineering deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a solid understanding of engineering best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of software features and components for moderately complex engineering projects.

Analyze technical challenges and evaluate variable factors to recommend effective solutions.

Contribute to resolving engineering issues by applying sound judgment, domain expertise, and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to support project goals and ensure aligned execution.

Support planning and estimation activities for software engineering deliverables.

Apply full-stack development skills and integrate GenAI capabilities where applicable.Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or more of the following:

relevant industry or consulting roles

technical training programs

military experience

formal education

Experience in full-stack software development.

Exposure to or hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies.Location
