About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to play a strategic "striker" role in driving business growth and innovation. You'll design scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, lead end-to-end architecture, and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to solve complex business challenges. As a trusted advisor, you'll proactively identify opportunities, shape technical strategy, and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale, enterprise implementations.

Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.

Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, data governance, and performance optimization.

Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, platform roadmap, and emerging technologies.

Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to evaluate and approve solution designs.

Contribute hands-on when needed, including writing Apex, building LWCs, and performing configuration tasks.

Mentor development teams on architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.

Mentorship: Guide engineering teams to elevate technical quality and architectural discipline.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML capabilities, and industry trends.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements, especially within financial services.

Required Skills & Expertise

Salesforce Clouds: Deep, hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Core Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL

Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce security model

Expertise in data modeling, migration strategies, and performance tuning

Integration & Middleware: Experience with MuleSoft, AWS services, or other enterprise integration platforms.

DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines.

Enterprise Experience: Proven success in banking, financial services, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
