Role Overview

The Mobile Technology Lead is responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications using both hybrid and native mobile technologies. This role leads mobile development squads, establishes technical standards, ensures security and performance, and collaborates closely with UX, Product, Backend, and DevOps teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Mentor and guide mobile developers across hybrid and native stacks.

Collaborate with:

UX/UI designers

Product Owners

Backend/API teams

DevOps & Security

Participate in:

Sprint planning

Backlog grooming

Release management

Ensure high-quality releases via:

Automated testing

CI/CD pipelines

Performance tuning

Implement and enforce mobile security practices:

Encryption

Secure storage

AuthN/AuthZ

Certificate pinning Monitor production applications, resolve issues, and support the full mobile lifecycle
