Open role: Controls Engineer II What You’ll Do

Design control systems: schematics, panel layouts, and I/O wiring diagrams.

Engineer hydraulic/pneumatic circuits to enable machine functionality.

Program and test PLC and HMI applications (Allen Bradley Studio 5000 or Siemens TIA Portal).

Specify and integrate sensors, VFDs, servos, vision, and safety components.

Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT, and on-site debug (~25% travel).

Own schedules and budgets for small/midsize projects.

Create user-friendly operator and maintenance manuals. Required Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable experience

5–7 years in industrial automation/controls

Rockwell or Siemens development expertise

Safety PLC programming; ISO 13849 understanding

Industrial networks: EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Link IO

Standards knowledge: NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 79

Analytical problem solver; strong troubleshooting and applied math

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable around machinery, electrical systems, and moderate noise; able to travel ~25% Preferred Experience

Robotics integration (FANUC, ABB, KUKA)
