MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 â 100% On-site

Payrate: $18.45/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time, 2nd Shift Monday â Friday, 2:00 PM â 10:30 PM

Flexible or extended hours (overtime) as required.

The Machine Operator role involves performing essential production functionsâ including filling, assembling, and inspectingâ within a highly regulated environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Operations: Execute routine functions such as filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting products under general supervision.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain precise records and logs in strict accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 9000

Process Mastery: Develop and apply technical skills within specific process areas, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent output.

Quality Assurance: Inspect in-process materials to ensure they meet written specifications and remove any sub-standard components.

Team Collaboration: Support group goals, communicate effectively with Team Leads, and remain willing to rotate into different tasks as production needs shift.

MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

1+ of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment.

Ability to read, write, and interpret technical specifications in English.

Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.

Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.

Availability: Ability to work flexible or extended hours (overtime) as required

Physical/Social: Ability to work well in a team-based environment and stay focused during routine, repetitive tasks.
