Roofing Supervisor

What You’ll Do

Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and low slope roofs

Diagnose leaks and perform hands on repairs

Explain issues and solutions to homeowners

Document work using Zuper

Guide and train 1–2 team members

4+ years of roofing experience: shingle & metal required; low slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus!

Strong diagnostics and repair skills

Professional communication with homeowners

Ability to lead a small crew and work independently

Physically able to climb, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights

Valid IN or MI driver’s license
