Beck’s is a 100% Employee-Owned retail operator of fuel, convenience, car wash, and gaming locations throughout North Central Illinois. Our mission is to provide a remarkably convenient experience every day. That depends on safe fuel systems, reliable equipment, and well-maintained facilities.

This is steady, year-round work supporting established, high traffic locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

• Diagnose issues quickly and fix them correctly the first time

• Repair or replace worn and damaged parts

• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper performance

• Assist with equipment installs and upgrades

• Maintain organized parts inventory

• Follow safety standards and company procedures

• Communicate clearly with store teams regarding repairs and timelines

You will work independently in the field, making sound decisions that keep fuel pumps running, car washes operating smoothly, and stores safe and fully functional for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Two or more years of hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Dependable, accountable, and safety minded

Experience with HVAC is a plus but not required. If you have solid maintenance experience and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
