Job Purpose
As the Data Analyst and Salesforce Solutions Technician, you serve as the primary architect of efficiency, blending deep technical expertise with business acumen. You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Salesforce Platform—from diagnosing business pain points and mapping complex processes to hands-on development and administrative upkeep. You don’t just build features; you design solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Internal User Support:
Act as the Tier 1–3 technical lead for all internal Salesforce users (Attorneys, Paralegals, Intake).
Troubleshoot daily functional issues, manage user access/permissions, and resolve "blockers" in real-time to ensure no disruption to case management.
Lead daily stand-up with developers about open tickets and projects.
Business Analysis & Process Design:
Design end-to-end business processes to visualize complex data flows and user journeys.
Collaborate with firm leadership to identify "friction points" in the Life of a Matter.
Full-Stack Salesforce Execution:
Admin: Manage user permissions, security settings, objects, and sophisticated Flow automations.
Developer: Execute custom development (Apex, LWC) when declarative tools reach their limit to ensure a bespoke fit for business needs.
Project Management & Documentation:
Own the product backlog by creating and managing detailed Jira tickets, ensuring clear acceptance criteria for stakeholders.
Maintain a robust library of technical and functional documentation to ensure platform continuity and ease of user adoption.
Core Competencies
Mastery of both Salesforce Configuration (Admin) and Customization (Dev).
Transforming abstract business needs into visual logic via Lucidchart.
Managing sprints and task prioritization within Jira.
Proactively supporting internal users with a "problem-solver" attitude under pressure.
Explaining complex technical limitations to non-technical business leaders.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a professional environment, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
