Position Summary

Our successful leadership team, including Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents, all began their journeys as Client Relationship Managers. In this vital role, you will manage rental accounts by providing outstanding customer service, promoting new products, driving performance, handling deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and managing early-stage collections. You will contribute to sales growth and enhance account health through building strong customer relationships aligned with our mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, fostering strong customer relationships.

Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) while meeting collection goals.

Maintain account health through commitment management tools.

Execute assigned delivery and pickup routes effectively and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and in-home.

Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements.

Safely transport, assemble, and manage merchandise.

Uphold showroom standards and maintain company vehicles.

Follow all company safety and operational procedures diligently. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 18 years of age.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements

Capable of lifting and moving heavy items.

Able to drive a box truck.

Willingness to stand and drive for prolonged periods. Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.

Sundays and one weekday off for work-life balance.

Physically active responsibilities involving lifting and bending.
