Wendy's QSCC is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented analyst to support our distribution network and help ensure supply to Wendy's restaurants across the system. In this role, you'll turn operational and logistics data into insights that strengthen performance, enhance visibility, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain.
What You'll Do
Analyze operational data to evaluate distribution and logistics effectiveness-monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
Deliver clear, actionable reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis to help QSCC anticipate risks and support supply assurance.
Proactively monitor inventory, case counts, and network performance to surface trends and insights that inform decision-making.
Validate and improve data quality across the supply chain by understanding data sources, resolving discrepancies, and promoting consistency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to workflows and technology.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to evolve reporting tools and reduce manual reporting through automation and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to the distribution network. Monitor key performance metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of distribution and logistics operations; metrics could include service level data such as on-time delivery rates and order accuracy as well as inventory turnover.
Data Reporting: Provide reports on both a regular (e.g. weekly or monthly) basis as well as ad hoc. In addition to responsive reporting, proactively monitor data such as inventory and case counts to provide actionable insights that enhance QSCC's ability to assure supply.
Data Quality and Validation: Develop an understanding of the data to help ensure clarity and accuracy of information provided. Improve data quality throughout the supply chain.
Process Improvement: Help cross-functional team members identify opportunities in the distribution process and propose improvements. This may include recommending changes in workflows or technology adoption. Includes partnership with QSCC's Business Intelligence team to evolve and reduce manual reports leveraging various reporting tools as needed. 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement or other relevant Supply Chain function
Bachelor's degree in operations, business, supply chain management, logistics or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Understanding of the foodservice industry preferred
Fundamental understanding of distribution & logistics
Strong analytical skills required. Experience with Excel required, including ability to generate visualizations of data as needed. Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred.

Able to work independently and willing to reach out for support.
Detail oriented and flexible with daily project changes/needs. Enjoys working on multiple projects across items and departments.
