Our client is seeking a Customer Training Agent to join their team. As a Customer Training Agent you will be part of the Operations Support department supporting the onboarding and training of new customers transitioning to Treasury Management products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to facilitate engaging training sessions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Deliver structured training sessions to new customers on Treasury Management products and services
Guide customers through product setup, usage, and best practices to ensure a seamless transition
Complete train-the-trainer readiness programs prior to class delivery
Monitor participant progress, address questions, and escalate issues as needed
Collaborate with call center agents, supervisors, and quality assurance teams to maintain high training standards What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED required
Experience in customer training, onboarding, or facilitation within financial services or similar environments
Strong communication and oral presentation skills
Familiarity with banking or related products
