Duties and responsibilities:

Manages existing accounts, ensures business growth with increase in volume of orders

Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share

Performs sales activities including negotiation of sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales General Manager

Accurately forecast revenue streams and develop specific plans to increase revenue

Develop applicable sales policies, practices and procedures

Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff

Prepares quotation based on customer specifications/requirements


With at least 5 years experience as Sales Manager gained from a plastic injection/manufacturing company

Graduate of any Engineering course

With strong sales and business development background

With very good knowledge on statistical tools application

With proven sales track from a reputable company

Skills and abilities required:

Very good business development, account management and development of sales strategies

Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

Strong negotiation skills

Very good leadership skills

Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Ability to write and speak Japanese is an advantage

Ability to motivate subordinates

Ability to exercise sound judgement

Ability to train and coach subordinates

Ability to speak clearly

Excellent reporting and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Target/result oriented

Very good organizational skills
