About the Job
Custom Sheet Metal Manufacturing Company seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Set Up Operator III to join our growing team at our facility in Mendota Heights, MN. This role is responsible for complex machine set-ups, programming, and ensuring high-quality metal fabrication production.
Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines for complex jobs.
Read and interpret blueprints and job orders accurately.
Stage materials and follow production schedules.
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, protractors) to verify specifications.
Perform quality checks and identify material defects.
Qualifications:
2+ years of metal fabrication or related experience preferred.
Strong blueprint reading and CNC press brake experience.
High attention to detail and quality.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
This is a direct hire, long term career opportunity, the starting pay range is $35-$45 an hour (doe) plus benefits and room for advancement.
